An application cannot be considered until the supporting documents below have been attached. You can upload them at any time while your application is still a draft, and the Bursary Committee may request further documentation.
Uploads are stored privately and are visible only to you and the Bursary Committee. PDF, JPG and PNG files are accepted.
Latest monthly salary / pension payslip for both parents and the applicant
EssentialSchedule of all gross and net earnings for the 12 months prior to this application
EssentialAffidavit of informal employment or business trading details and income (last 12 months)
Required only if informally employed or operating an informal business, even ad hoc. Signing must be witnessed by a Commissioner of Oaths.
Income tax return (IT12) and IRP5 for the last financial year
EssentialTax assessment (IT34) for the last tax year
EssentialSchedule of all outstanding creditors' accounts, including HPs and leases
Latest financial statements (balance sheet and income statement)
Required if parents are self-employed, shareholders or directors of a private company.
Trust deed and latest financial statements
Required if any immediate family member has a beneficial interest in a trust.
Bond statement for any mortgaged property
Schedule of shares, other properties, timeshare, HPs and surrender values of endowment and life policies
Matric certificate (if available)
Copy of study course outline (if applicable)
Quote or invoice from the institution for the course fees

Copy of marriage document from synagogue / temple
Copy of divorce agreement relating to the education of the child or children (if applicable)
